As promised, Lucy Elliott is going to lead a camera workshop this week. Lucy is an experienced cinematographer and has just come back from jetting around the world to promote her excellent short film James Dean, so this should be a fun-packed and informative evening.
We’ve decided to add some more structure to proceedings so this workshop will be 2 hours long with a 10 min. break in the middle (to allow the smokers and alcoholics to rejuvenate themselves).
Also, bring us some scripts! The plan is now to enter some LUYD teams to a 48 hour filmmaking challenge which is happening in Glasgow in October:http://www.facebook.com/
But we would also like to try to make something over the summer, so get those ideas down and we will choose a project.
